Frankly I'm unsure. Ororo, as far as I could find myself, is an insect.
As you can see in the panel below, this is what I was working with. I tried reading those characters, which seem to clearly be オロロ, as something else, but nothing else made any sense. So I was honestly a little stumped here. If it's actually meant to be the insect, I can only imagine this is some obscure reference I couldn't grasp. The best solution was just to leave each item in romaji as-is.
