this got me curious so i checked the raws linked on mangadex, and they're censored on just the missing side. it looks like she might have a nipple there? which is an interesting topic since it's brought up that healing repaired the breast, but couldn't restore the side.

Either she couldn't take surgery for some reason (maybe it'd affect healing magic cause foreign object, or can't cause adventurer stats, or some other reason), or just didn't want to cause that's a choice you're allowed making, at least she got a solution now.
