It's neck is cracked and it appears to be bleeding out of it's mouth... I don't think she's mentally all there anymore... Or well, there at all. There is no human to save here, just flesh and blood with a beating heart.

Edit: nevermind she just has a nose bleed, but still I think being run through by a vine parasite monster would make her pretty out of it. For good.
1. Cool justification, still rape
2. This is the 1st time the hero of this story has had a chance to actually save someone and he doesn't

The body is being parasitized by a monster so wouldn't that make this rape? They established the body is still alive after all
There's no demonstrated "original personality". That body is as alive as the body F.F. uses.

Yuzukiriman is actively concerned about his latest conquest not being rape, and none of the other observers regard it as such despite still thinking lowly of him for being a shameless lecher.

I'd be kind of worried about the whole "parasite" thing, tbh.

Sure, and it isn't rape if the person is in a coma either right? Considering the monsters kill people and even got that body for the parasite to use I really don't give a shit about the monsters' opinions on it

...she's not in a coma. There is no "she"-- that's an animated corpse, intrinsically brain-dead.

Considering the monsters kill people
Have we actually seen the monsters body anyone? Their exploits are hardly detailed beyond them being generic villains terrorizing a generic city. Realistically, they're killing people, but that reality is deliberately obscured by the narrative in order to maximize space for the romantic(?) comedy. We're not really invited to think about how monsters kill people, and they don't actually talk about them doing so.

If you don't want to acknowledge the blandly human perspective the monster girls have on sex, care about literally everything else I pointed out. Actually think about why Hamita would want to present Yuzukiriman as a rapist, without emphasizing that representation (especially given the dissonance it would have with literally every other sexual encounter he's had so far), and despite him expressly not wanting to rape.

The person isnt in a coma, they are dead. Their fresh corpse was biologically restarted by the mistletoe monster, but the person who had that body is not longer there.
I'm not going to say this doesn't open up some ethnical dilemmas but i guess it comes down to "Do you consider necrophilia rape?"

What is the difference between "she's braindead so it isn't rape" and "she's in a coma so it isn't rape" people that are in a coma are often brain dead bro

Well done

Is it safe? There's no way bro's not coming out of this with some sort of disease. Or at least a yeast infection.

HELLO, HERO?
THE BODY IS ALIVE!
THE PERSON IS CONSCIOUS!
With current medicine, we're able to maintain the bodily processes of people who have suffered brain death. It's said in the chapter that the body they got for this monster was "fresh", which can only mean that it recently died and is being animated by the parasite.

What is the difference between "she's braindead so it isn't rape" and "she's in a coma so it isn't rape" people that are in a coma are often brain dead
1. That is absolutely not how comas work.

2. The fact that you can distinguish between a coma and brain death, and can imply that not all coma patients are brain dead (putting aside that that's absolutely not how comas work), means that even you know there's a difference between a coma and brain death.
