I do like the additional lore/worldbuilding for this one where basically, they are still on cycle even as guys, so even if they are not transformed, it happens behind the scenes.

Oh yeah, and I figured it was a "duh, it's not really a period" because it is established that his girl form is an actual child. Maybe in several years, it's going to be an issue.

At first I thought that too, but then I realized that most of the women in the story who are of high school age in this manga have huge breasts. So I figured that “Kou-Chan” is a pre-pubescent age regression.

Yeah, it sucks now, but in 10 years it works to their advantage.

The ts is implied to be at least partially psychosomatic, so its probably a literal metaphor of repressed development that was unlocked by opening the time capsule, thus bringing him back to the time it was buried
