One down.
Seira's self-esteem is so down low that Masato helping a random stranger could get her that possessive and jealous

As far thus far the girls are:

Best girl is Mizuho - she seems thus far the most normal, but I also dig her hair and glasses and to a certain degree body proportions ;).

Basketball kouhai and Koumi are kinda second place. One is "a bit to young" for my personal tastes, both rock short hairs - at least to short for what I prefer. Koumi is a bit to yanderish at times - thou I kinda understand it in the context of their world. Kouhai probably will move to up a bit and thus push Koumi to a 3rd spot in later based on spoilers that will make her a fun character.

The girl we didn't yet met (as per this chapter - just reading this manga from start for the first time) is probably 3rd for now. Mostly cause of the OKish looks on the cover pages and cause I know nothing else about her and even then she better than Seira so 3rd place ;). I would put here the guardian girl of MC here too. She older - which isn't an issue for me, has nice hair, seems normal like Mizuho, but she has kinda big rack - as pentako enjoyer its a negative lol, and she is probably a side character thats not "datable" by MC so I pushed her to the list purely out of my own interest.

Seira thus far is the last spot. Nice hair is a plus, but bigger sized rack and her complete mindfuck of an yanderish behaviour is just a no-go. Koumi I can tolerate, but hers goes beyond even that world setting. Maybe if MC fixes her she will becomes better? But I would still prefer Koumi or Kouhai over her cause short hair is lesser issue for me than the tits size ;)

The whole scenario with the contact lens falling out and subsequent looking for it took me right out of the story so hard I couldn't concentrate on anything but how silly it was. Appreciate the translation though! Many thanks!

Couldn't she just close the eye missing the contact?

She was in a state of emotional distraught and also panic. In other words, she couldn't think straight at all. She had spent the recent years trying to get a boyfriend by repeatedly confessing and getting rejected, but now it all started to strike back, making her question her whole approach to life, leading to acute depression. Not to mention she was still feeling ill from motion sickness and got pushed to the ground by some random bitch. At such a moment, a "prince" out of the blue suddenly started helping her. She simply didn't have the presence of mind to realise she could still see with the other eye.

That's it, I'm going to drop, nothing too wrong with the MC, but the story seems of and the autor don't know either

maybe because it's a bit more 'grounded' in reality and not as extreme/played for laugh as the 1:39 one (statistically would expect a yuri couple or two), but i feel like 1:5 wouldn't be that high of a diff for the men to be having "3rd and 4th" girlfriends or so, if not all the girls in the harem making up a plan to split the time spent or so versus the boys being more arrogant/stuck up (tho i'm surprised the author didn't just make it 1:7 so there'd be an excuse for a 'girlfriend of the day/per week' kinda setup XD)

compared to the 1:39 since pheromone aside, they're still normal girls, if just a bit more 'competitive' so feels like it'd def lead to more yanderes tho maybe stabbing the other girls versus the guy (assuming there's a harsher punishment for attacking the guys)

"Shuraba" (修羅場) is a Japanese term that translates to "scene of carnage" or "bloodbath" It can also refer to a "difficult situation," especially in the context of romantic relationships, often a love triangle.

I'm afraid this one will be literally.
I learned it from Oreshura
