The extra bonus chapters are mostly exclusives when buying the digital/physical version of this manga series which means unless some kind soul uploads the bonus chapters online for volume 8 and 9 since I already uploaded the bonus chapter for volume 7 (see the last pages from 40-42 there are extra panels that were exclusive to the digital/physical purchased copy of the manga there!) Then we'll probably never see those bonus chapters, ever 😭.

I bought this series up to Vol 8, which actually came out the day I was leaving Japan back in 23. I do plan to grab the last volume here in a few months when I return.

I could scan Vol 8's extras but it will not be the best quality as I will not crease my books. They're actually still wrapped. I would take as good of pics as I can, but it would need cleaning. I would do the same for Vol 9, but that would not be until Nov. Just LMK.

As to the ending, I think it was abrupt but fine. You can't expect a true ending in a slice of life, but in terms of typical slice of life, it's better than most.

As an aside, I like how in the last panels with Kou-chan, her hair is the original style. A detail that I found irksome was that after her hair was styled by the maids, whenever he poofed into her, her hair was already like that.

You would have to ask her somehow. Unfortunately, Natsuki's own feelings were often a third wheel for much of this manga so we'll never know. I will say that it's not a very cisgender sentiment to very intensely want to cross that line. (i.e. to transcend your gender)

Either way Natsuki a hero for the community. It's nice to see everyone falling into their genders. It's a privilege to know thyself after all.

Kinda meh for an ending that start rather strong. Probably reach some kind of idea dead-end at some point that start the "MC got TS in loli, Final Arc"
That's said despite all the flaw, it's still rather enjoyable read, a mess, but enjoyable, something that can't be said for many story that start strong and fell off badly after.
Honestly would like to see some extra ch for this cause it feels like it can have some bit more random fun story. But this ended sometimes ago so that's doubtful.

Anyway, still fun manga.

Most didnt even like him romantically. Chris was always just trolling, Mika was explicitly stated to be viewed as his little sister and was into girls anyways(her saying she'd make an exception seemed more jokey too) and Tsubasa is a literal child...and his cousin.

Not sure how this would ever even be seen as a potential harem series. It was always clearly only Yukio as the option as the only other character who liked him was Natsuki and that pretty clearly had no chance in hell.

Okay, for the ending... Kouichi doesn't want to be fixed as a girl, that much is clear.
All the others, well... they certainly have their fun with Kou-chan, much to MC's dismay.

Instead of a somewhat undefined ending, I would be preferred it if MC now really is as undetermined as stated. That means they became "uncertain" in the truest sense. If Kouichi went past "fixing" and became stabilized "alternating" to the point where (s)he attained the ability to change back and forth at will. As the only one of the cast, kind of a reward for all the teasing Kouichi had to endure along the way. But we will never know now, which is a bit sad.

I'm surprisingly happy with the ending. The others all either liked being girls way better anyway (Chris, Yukio) or didn't really mind either way (Mika, Natsuke). While Kouichi was also shown to actually like at least the getting to be cute part of being a girl when he wasn't being toyed around with by everyone he knows.

So since this is the end we can simply imagine he's actually given the space to experiment on his own terms / enjoy being both the cool guy and cute girl he does ostensibly like to be.

Thanks for the translation. It's kinda wild finally seeing end next to a chapter of this. Kinda mixed on the ending as its fairly basic and all but also it leaves open some possibility in my mind for a sequel we won't get likely ever, but it'd defs be interesting. Seeing Koichi navigate college life with Yuka while still having TS despute being far above the usual fixing age. Resulting in various likely shenanigans and developments. This kou seems a bit older also though it may just be imagination and hopes of seeing kou Chan grow into the strong Lady they kept hinting at as well lol.

There's a lot I'd love to have seen explored like with more of the TS syndrome peeps from the other side, and the general trans allegory and Gender Fluidity that could be explored but a gag manga like this wasn't probably going to be the one doing it lmao.

Daily Life in TS School absolutely some of that itch, though still entirely MtF. With at least two characters I'd comfortably describe as "trans" and at least one genderfluid person. With basically the best parts of this one's ending, looking outward. (though with some questionable aspects in how we get there)

Actually this story's ending becomes retroactively a lot better if you headcanon it taking place in the same universe.
