Vanilla Romance manga with childhood friend Tsundere girl & once-favorite girl with Gal type
First chapter and I already hate everyone
On page 11. Hyouka say "MY FACIAL MUSCLES AND VOCAL CORDS HAVE ATROPHIED"@PramRamadhan
I'm pretty sure this is translated incorrectly though:
https://mangadex.org/chapter/d0680c1a-d1ff-4538-ab66-b94af904b190/11
maybe it's 'his facial muscles... no way he could' ,
because 'my' doesn't make sense when you consider MC's reply
Or a possible third option, she rejected him because she had to move away. After all she is the "returning girl" and did say "I'm home" but what do I know, it's only chapter 1.The returning girl seems to be the teasing type. The VERY teasing type, and I don't particularly like that. Also, we still don't know WHY she rejected him back then. If she rejected him because she didn't like him that way back then it's fine....
But if she rejected him because she thought it was fun to do so, and wanted to keep him tense, then it's not really fine in my book. And yes, imo that's entirely possible in this type of manga.
On page 11. Hyouka say "MY FACIAL MUSCLES AND VOCAL CORDS HAVE ATROPHIED"
'Totally true' should be Iori's line though indicating 'agreement' with her speech , because no one says 'totally true' about their own comment when they personally finish speaking. speech bubble is also pointing to him.On page 12. Still Hyouka Talk "TOTALLY TRUE!!" Then "YOU ALL SHOULD BE MORE CONSIDERATE OF MY THROAT!!"
if her part "so you can talk" doesn't make sense because previously she complained about not being able to talk on page 11Then the rest is her line 'so you can talk'
also, next line is iori's comeback to her retort 'as expected , hyouka...'
I repeat: I'm pretty sure something was translated incorrectly. I urge you to look at the japanese again, and rethink the flow of the conversationif her part "so you can talk" doesn't make sense because previously she complained about not being able to talk on page 11
I repeat: I'm pretty sure something was translated incorrectly. I urge you to look at the japanese again, and rethink the flow of the conversation
the flow that makes most sense is that :
she was originally making fun of him for saying he isn't able to talk,
but he plays along with her joke 'true, be more considerate' .
since he did say something , then she says , 'oh you can talk afterall.... (then another insult)'
then he replies 'hyou-sama has a sharp tongue' referring to her 2nd insult
