The Witch Elsa did state that the present was already set in stone and could not be changed, so does that mean that everything happening in the past now also happened in the previous timeline? If that's the case, why did Yvonne forget about Elsa? How did Elsa end up in an orphanage when she was so loved by the people at the Duke's mansion?

Here's the real question. When did the person "piloting" Evie enter the world? Remember that Evie isn't really Evie, she(?)'s some rando from our world that got isekai'd into Evie's body. When did that happen in Evie's timeline? The Protagonist would only know the broad strokes of Evie's life before she entered the world. That's probably why Elsa keeps talking about some promise that Evie "forgot". She didn't forget, she was a different person.

Here's the real question. When did the person "piloting" Evie enter the world? Remember that Evie isn't really Evie, she(?)'s some rando from our world that got isekai'd into Evie's body. When did that happen in Evie's timeline? The Protagonist would only know the broad strokes of Evie's life before she entered the world. That's probably why Elsa keeps talking about some promise that Evie "forgot". She didn't forget, she was a different person.

Evie doesn't remember this period because she is only now experiencing it. In the previous timeline (no idea how many times this time loop has been repeating) her future self was sent back by future Elsa. If the events don't change from that one to this one, then this is a closed loop, and everything that is happening now already happened. If the events CAN change, then what she's doing now should alter the future, though apparently she's not allowed to alter it too much.

It's more than a little confusing. There also might be a future version of Evie from a previous timeline, along with the future Elsa. "Wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff," to quote a certain doctor.

Nah Yvonne's mum ain't bella the hair color makes as much obvious, the dialogue here is a red harring
I bet elsas the reason she lives longer as her presence would be the one thing different from the normal timeline, and Elsa is op protagonist whatever happens has to be tied to her
Malori gets taught by that demon that wanted the kids for some reason and killed the count, I bet in the original story this demon is the one that save Elsa but since that didn't happen here, they got a meet later on which could have happened in that timeline where yvonne just popped, out of existence, that's where she learned all her more op magic, time shinnanigans and got her cloak

Yvonne's mother constantly sleeping because of an unknown curse... The saintess from the last war falling from the burden of the curses... Taking into account that some curses can be passed from one generation to another, I think y'all know what I'm thinking about 🤔🧐
