Going by the author's previous work, I think neither "harem" or "love triangle" will capture the chaos. We've got an ikemen mostly in love with his own reflection, the glasses girl in love with the ikemen, the happy-go-lucky dumbass obliviously pursuing the glasses girl, and I think the girl with the lip piercings might have a thing for the dumbass. Then there's of course Akarin's many vocal admirers and Waku's secret MMORPG one. I expect the main couple will be pretty much laser-focused on each other, but how the other pairings rearrange themselves I cannot possibly hazard to guess. Won't it be fun, though!

The overbearing manager/mom probably means well, this is one of those coming-of-age things where the daughter has to learn to assert herself. How long that takes depends on whether the mom is the final boss. There'll be other obstacles.

So here's my long shot theory about the mom.

She's a former model, whose career never got anywhere and is living vicariously through her daughter. Hence the manipulative attitude.

I really, really like Waku as a character, he is aware of his own social awkwardness and insecurities and is working together with Minori to overcome them. Helping each other to be more sociable.

He's trying to be better

Honestly after my short-term memory loss I just assumed it was like that because of standard slice of life romance male protag quirkiness
Edit: Oh ok I reread and I can see why now: They tend to frontend each chapter with the male lead's life outside of school and backend the chapter with the female lead's life outside of school, which maybe makes the FL side more memorable to the reader; although I think I did miss it partially because "family roasts the ML for being quirky" just seems par for the course in stories like this and usually not relevant to the plot. Bad habit.

If it were just this series, maybe, but I've seen him in other works I'm associated with. The thing that makes me mad is that a lot of the fun for me as a scanlator is in seeing all of your reactions to things. He is actively ruining my fun and killing my motivation. Yes, he's hiding them, but people will click on them anyway. The MTL thing was because of something he posted being such a non-issue that it didn't even bear mentioning.
Furthermore, I'm getting chapters out in like, 3-4 days on average. These spoilers are for something people will know in a week. There's just... zero reason to be posting them.
