It's funny because heliocentrism wasn't even a charge for the stakes, much less excommunication. Galileo's case was more because he was a complete asshole, directly dissing power figures and abusing his friends' authority within the church. Personally prefer you wait for the tank. I'm one who enjoys the little extras and such that are usually included.
For example the Tou no Kanari "let's manage the tower" tankobons are not censored and have spicy front and back cover images.

irl Galileo was born 1564 and died 1641
meanwhile Nobunaga lived from 1534 til 1582

so there is some overlap in real history.

not sure which year we have right now in Shizuko's alternate history, but yeah. possible.
and the author has gone off the deep end with some other developments (like the recent thermite bombs) already which makes it even more possible.

I like quality and don't mind waiting, but I am not so nitpicky that I would mind something that is still readable.

I have seen my fair share of raws that really shouldn't have been used, there are some that aren't the best quality, but still very much serviceable.

So if they are at the level that aren't overly egregious, I am all for some quick releases, but work with what you think is best.
