About the note on "thin book",
I would say "thin book" has quite a different meaning from just "doujinshi".

While yes, "doujinshi" are short works that amount to the book being thin (hence the "thin book"). The subset that gets refered to as "thin book" is often fanfictions with lots of erotic developments.

Basically, "doujinshi" is the broader term, while "thin book" is a slang that is a little more specific.

So the next chapter she will become a genius surgeon/doctor?
