Yes. The fake "Alicia" is the lady you see in chapter 1, and also the disciple of Serjura. Basically, touching that stone caused the lady's memories to mix with the this current "Alicia's" memories, hence why we have

Why would fake-Alicia have the ring? Aria obviously has it. Always has had it. When Grave was interrogating Aria (ch 16), Aria instinctively grabbed something hanging from her neck, through her clothes. That made Grave realise Aria is the Alicia they are looking for, since Aria must be carrying the proof on her, linking her to the missing Alicia. However, Grave decided high treason is the best thing in life and took that knowledge with him, whevever he disappeared.

Alicia barely touched that stone. Even if broken, that other girl instead held it in her hands. Probably this was not enough for a complete personality transfer, but probably she inherited the wish to be the protagonist. If she didn't even believe to be the real deal.

Adding to this, the real protagonist had some serious fucking willpower, needing to fight an adult to the death to avoid having the stone forced on her, and knew what the stone would do on extended contact thanks to the lady explaining it. She was on guard, body and soul, when that thing came in contact with her. The orphan that got the broken shard was completely oblivious and vulnerable. Regardless of how much actually got transferred to her, it would've found an easy host.

I also believe this is correct. The stone transferred memories/personality of the witch lady from chapter 1 to the orphan who is trying to become the heroine.

Yeah, you’re right. I mixed it up with the ring that was used to transfer the memories. Still the memories are enough as that’s things someone else shouldn’t know, or she’s been heavily involved with the real Alicia, making her the best current lead on finding the real.

no she doesn't. Real Alicia still has the ring. I think Grandpa said the ring would be proof but the fake didnt have it.

Uh, so in summary... there's been two reincarnators in this story (1 - black gem creator, killed by Aria immediately; 2 - Clara the villainess), one true heroine using a fake name (Aria the murder-hobo), and one fake heroine using the true heroine's name (Alicia of the wrong hair color).

Clara knows Aria is the true heroine, Aria is wary of Clara because the princess was wary of her, "Alicia" knows nothing of anything and is busy chasing hot guys. Oh and some of the adults might've figured all this out.
