I do. But I understand you because some of the guys I know does have the same reduced attraction towards pregnant women. Some of them even do so even if the woman is their wife carrying their baby. Some though fell deeper into attraction.

for me that has taken care of my mom's side of things during some of her pregnancy and some of my siblings while she was pregnant, I think it would probably be my developed instincts as a caring figure. My wife, when she was pregnant, really became plump. I would "would" her but there was a time the OB told us to stop. we were sad for a bit until we got the OK. Might be the thought of creating the family idk.
