Puns aside, an interesting skill development, that has some actual utility for combat situations. If I'm reading it correctly, he doesn't implant the spell itself; but simply takes the spell, and stores it in the person, via his own mana?
So since he can't really use spells on his own (at least combat ones like what we saw here), it requires a mage or other spellcaster to implant(heh) the actual spell into the target. Well, he's already acquired a client/comrade/friend in the mage who had the emergency mastectomy, so his bases are covered.
I wonder if the mana & spell last indefinitely until released, or if it decays over time. And, if multiple "instances" of the skill can be cast and layered, so that spells could even be combined on a single person, to either be released at once or one at a time, or something.
That's putting a lot more thought into Boob Spell Storage than may be warranted, but this series does sorta take itself seriously, so finding out how fleshed out the author was in putting this spell to paper would be interesting to learn.
And I'm guessing this guy was just some rando who was obsessed with her, but not anyone attached to a larger, more nefarious group or entity that they have to worry about. If he's just a convenient vehicle for showing off this newest skill in the narrative, then at least she's safe and no one was harmed (well, no one who's not a stalker).

And I think the "do bigger tits equal bigger spell effects" is worth studying. Though his girlfriend would probably be miffed, if that turned out to actually be the case (though she deflected a knife; maybe she'd have to be more like a C cup or greater to deflect bullets with that same spell?) - but, I'm sure we'll be seeing this again, and hopefully in more depth, as well.

honestly it kinda makes sense considering skills came about when dungeons appeared iirc. so combat related things appearing at some point does make sense (plus mc uswd his skill offensively before by increasing sensitivity on some boys)
