Am I missing something? Most of the time she's not picking anything outrageous, if anything its rather conservative dresses right? Why is she implying her choice of wardrobe is potentially causing people to be creeps?

Genuinely happy to see that the moment that makes her grow as a person is based on her personal actions and introspection.

It's not another one of those MC giving a speech that makes you realise moments (although it happening in the past is part of the reason).
I liked the execution here, hope they keep this up.

A more casual appearance causes people to think she's timid and will allow herself to be harassed. At least that's what Seiichirou thinks
