...so the company I work for (from home) does summer Fridays starting at the beginning of May and running through the end of September - half days, basically, with the ability to bank those and move them around a bit to get full days either way.

I now have an idea for some of those....

what VN? there never was a VN, what are you talking about?

Hopefully the MD staff will take some time to assess what happened and consider what can be done on their side to handle these situations in a manner less likely to incite a shitstorm next time.

It feela like every public-facing org learns this lesson the hard way; you need to maintain a certain level of detachment at all times. Right or wrong you can never argue with your users, nothing good has or will ever come of it.

Robin, Yoghurt and Seer got unjustly banned and we were pretty up-in-arms around it.
Eventually, our collective brain cells dropped though and we started talking about christmas cakes(unmarried 25+ waifus) and New year noodles (same, but 31+)

"Christmas Cake" and it's just an attractive character in their mid-20s who is also a functioning member of the society who simply happens to be unmarried.

I suspect that their appearance in anime was half the christmas cake standard, the other half baiting the people in the audience to be extra attracted to her based on how ridiculous the christmas cake logic is
