Sorry if this reignites drama again, but it probably needs to be brought up here considering how common it is in anime and manga, but the UK now wants to ban fictional incest. Important to note about this, but Mangadex as a company is run out of the UK, so unless that changes, Mangadex (and any manga and anime distribution company that wants to operate in the UK) would be subject to that.

It says "a reasonable person looking at the image would think that A and B were real, and (d) a reasonable person— (i) looking at the image, and (ii) taking into account any sound or information associated with the image, would think that A and B were related, or pretending to be related, in a way mentioned in subsection (2). (2) That is to say, A being related to B as parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece."
It says "would think A and B were real" on it, so it may not affect anime and manga, but I also wouldn't put it much past them to say that also applies to anime.
