To be fair, "removing" someone's inhibitions is directly muddying their free will. Inhibitions are what makes us people and not literally animals that operate on pure instinct.

Right. The Point is, Victoria wouldn't have done it without her magic brainwashing. Thoughts aren't a crime and even these weren't only hers in the first place. She seemingly did kill her siblings even before that but with a horrible father like hers she likely already grew up in a very messed up way. Nothing matters though, Raoul can never be wrong and he can just invent a reason to punish people and send them to hell. Wasn't it said somewhere that Victoria is special because she was made to resemble a person the author knows? So Victoria probably will never have a good time and is just there to suffer. The maggot thing alone and all the other ways she was gleefully tortured seemed like a pretty clear hint. What annoys me the most about the writing is the way she still loves Raoul after all the things he has done to her like Sakura loves Sasuke in Naruto even when he almost killed her twice and promised to kill everyone she has ever known and loved.

omg...if it was a friend,then Vicky will probably have a happy ending. but if it was an enemy/ex-bestie or an ex-lover then...I dont think I might like what will happen to her. 🥺

What annoys me the most about the writing is the way she still loves Raoul after all the things he has done to her like Sakura loves Sasuke in Naruto even when he almost killed her twice and promised to kill everyone she has ever known and loved.

But their story and character are not the same. Vicky used to admire him and then hated him(as in real hatred)right after she was heartbroken.Just like what normal people feel. Then like him again after realizing that she was guilty and sorry. He was right. and he actually fixed her but in a brutal way.

Unlike Sakura.Sakura is just "all talk" and had the best option but chose the wrong one instead. and Vicky has none. unless shes a lesbian.You can consider Sandra.but if she is straight,well...some straight women would actually feel uneasy being with y'know. just sayin.

I kinda hope there is a moment that can be pointed to when her agency was interfered with explicitly. Where, if one erased memories to that point, she may be "redeemed".

Yeah, maybe having it be replayed externally allows her to see the goddess' manipulation.

Exactly. She still acted on those feelings on her own free will. All the goddess did was remove those restrictions that was always there in her heart.
