It seems to follow the steps of your usual trash romance manga with multiple competing love interests, complete with the deluded obliviousness of everyone involved except Satan's strongest soldier the MC.
So far it's pretty good, it seems to be more about poking fun at both typical romance and NTR tropes than genuinely indulging in them.
The worst thing that could happen is the author deciding to lose that and start writing actual NTR, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I, the reader, was the cuck all along for entertaining the hope that anything good might come out of this.
