Worse than that. I had to reread chapter 12: he confessed to her in high school and she rejected him to focus on her career without an explanation why (like she didn't say, "I love you too, but can we pause for now so I can go overseas and pursue my dreams." or something. She just rejected him.). Upon arriving she's still pinning for him, but she expected the MC to have just been pathetic and alone and infatuated with her still despite having been rejected. To her surprise he moved on and is with someone else which has led to her trying to replace the current girlfriend as his "first love"

Next chapter has the whole story of why Miyabi rejected Shinba. She wasn't sure how long she was gonna be out of Japan and couldn't make Shinba wait for her, so she chose to cut any tie with him, but in USA, even though she convinced herself to move forward and not be held back by some loser, she saw the photos she had of her with her "dog" in her phone and broke down into tears

Nice work, thank you picking this up, but there's some crazy mistakes in the text. But the most critical one is

Pg 30: Uzume never got rejected by Shinba, she's the one who actually rejected him earlier and here she's saying "I didn't want to reject him either!"

Some other minor ones
Pg 4: "I'll give Shinba a piece of my mind" she's not really specifically talking about Shinba here
Pg 20: She's slightly more condescending here, in her usual manner.
Pg 30: "Playing a supporting role", kind of hard for the MTL to understand the context, the proper TL for this would be "You're just an outsider..."
