Yeah they are both far from ideal but I think Miyabi would be much more healthier for him. She is just a classic tsundere who genuinely likes him and had to be seperated from him because of her mother's pressure while Hizumi is an enabler red-flag. Altough my mind can change according to Hizumi's development

The most important thing... Orochi returns and by the end she was reminiscing her HS days where a different and more shy looking younger Hizumi appeared in a photo

I mean the best thing he could actually do to become a more competent man is to cut off both of the women because they're both directly impeding his growth because it's some sort of personal gratification for both of them so we can't really have him grow in this series considering that.

I m understand what you saying he really should cut ties with thoes two Both are extremely toxic towards him why the author make love manga about toxic relationship 🤷 I don't know i just kind meh to his manga story maybe the mc actually grows up and be more competent

To be fair this manga is kinda mid I not say is bad or anything the artstyle is gorgeous it just is clearly showing she is a massive red flag both the main heroine and the rival if the heroine friend is like her I just want to see mc becoming more competent and trust on himself and of course cutting ties with her "girlfriend" I know she starts to love him on few pages on past chapters it just her personality and the way she talk about mc insecurities and negative sides and lack of any skills and of course about calling him a dog or gaslighting him and if manipulate mc I not being a hater or prissy it just how I feel about the story
