Very good point by knight bro.
MC should, instead of feeling embarrassed about asking for help for getting him a proper prosthetic, give the traumatized girls a goal towards helping him get back on his feet literally.

The guild should really have a therapist on hand for the trauma of "We almost died and XYZ party member is now physically impaired. No one is acting like an insane person and these responses are moderately reasonable (by Japanese fantasy Manga standards), but honestly I think this would go better with some patience. He shouldn't be pushing himself this shortly after barely recovering. Physical therapy isn't a joke and takes a long time. Similarly I think the girls will chill if he relied on them a bit and was a tad more selfish in his recovery process. Being afraid of him getting in danger again is something to deal with after he's actually recovered.

REEEE IT'S "RAISES THE QUESTION" NOT "BEGS THE QUESTION"

I DON'T CARE IF THE OXFORD DICTIONARY SAYS IT'S OKAY TO USE IT THAT WAY NOW

The problem is that he isn't buffing the sword, just his body for the instantaneous draw. That is the rub, just his body. He needs a magically conducive material to handle the enhancement, or something strong enough that it can without slowing him down. The main issue then isn't can he not enhance his leg like his sword/body, but he can't enhance normal wood.

So it is a bit of a false dichotomy.

So in this series they aren't actually extending their power amp to the weapon at all? So they should be just utterly destroying their weapons in that case. I feel like that's a bit of a hole, so guess I'll just ignore that. I thought they were extending the power so the weapons weren't just being blasted into pieces by the sheer force since the weapon has to withstand the same amount of damage as the rest of body.

I really like the characters who "play the fool," for others. Often times when it is for other's benefit, the conspiracy ones are interesting but good guys like this BFF are one of my faves.

I love Harems and I love Yanderes, no matter how many people go ''Ugh'' about them.

What I really do like about this story so far is that the girls have a good reason for them being 'obsessed' or turning into 'yandere'

They saw the guy they cared about in their own way, basically sacrificing himself for them to live not caring if he died, just to end up still alive but losing an eye and leg. Which to no surprise to anyone, fucks up their mental state.

And now seeing him trying to use his technique hes known for, failing, doubting himself and seeing him cry?
I wouldn't be surprised if that anguished their obsessiveness and mental state even worse. Which is already shown on the last page.

His drawing process doesn't, anyway. Strength is repeatedly brought up as only enhancing the body.

His sword might have other enchantments to help it survive, considering they can enchant weapons with the ability to turn into accessories as common among adventurers. Maybe every adventurer weapon has some additional enchantment to increase durability and strength based on the material used?

The LN hints that the talwar he uses might be a bit better than the average sword. He got it from his grandfather, the one who trained him to use a sword as his 'final farewell gift'. We learn it during this scene in the LN, so that isn't a forward jump. But it also is the thing that survived clashing with the Grim Reaper without a nick or scratch, which surprised Wolca.

Welp, Wolka’s prosthetic leg couldn’t handle his power, makes sense since it’s nothing like the modern ones from MC previous life. on one side, I feel bad for MC since his passion for sword fighting got crushed because of that injury.
But on the other side, the girls around him are getting way more intense, like their love (and yandere vibes) is becoming straight up scary :haa: and big W for Roche, he best friend for MC

thank you for translating
Maybe he needs a tungsten composite prosthetic. Pretty durable

Gotta ask my more knowledgable readers, where do you guys find and read your light novels? I love manga, but crave to find the story.
