And her stink is probably from the sweat/blood after 1 v 1 a drugged up lion (seeing as mr grumpy here is wearing the same getup as during negotiation, they probably came to the palace in the same day)

We don't know how long it took from wherever they dropped her off to the arena, but it shouldn't be THAT long since she looks pretty healthy for a 'criminal slave' that's meant to be expendable.

Either way, if a person doesn't bath for a like few days and lives in a dusty environment, they would start smelling bad (to those who clean themselves regularly), especially if the climate was hot or humid.

So, even if say that she had been in the region for like 3-4 days, then surely she would smell bad by now.
