Being a brick in the wall feels soooo goooood~![]()
Bruh this is SUCH a typical JP mindset its CRAZYYYYYYYY
Wanting to be the same as everyone else, not wanting to be different, not wanting to be OP, just PLAIN old boring, just ANOTHER cog in the machine, another Typical NPC, because if your different that's BAD apparently to the JP community, its why you get in trouble for having different colored hair instead of brown/black in JP school, like I've seen moments where they even force you to dye your natural hair color thus breaking the rules of dying your hair JUST so you will forceable fit into the NPC life.....
the Brainwashing is Strong man
besides that great ch otherwise, really liked seeing new powers, really liked seeing the relationship with others and seeing how MC's growing relationship wise and picking up on the small que's that other people are worried etc compared to before
It's not just Japanese but a lot of conservative cultures are like this. My own family has this mindset and we are LATINO. I do understand why they think this way because their society lives by the saying "beat the nail that sticks out," however, I hate this mindset as much as you do. For example, I understand hating it because no one gets left out or "making trouble" to be different (like teenage content creators) but the same time you are going to see that some people are different.![]()

secretly BL???????Just finished reread Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa last night. Reading this got me thinking Montana has a Shima-like haircut, and I ship him with Haruka.... Even in this other world, Shima is getting paired with women that are men.
It might also have worked better to respond "not much" or "not a lot".@PersonalistX
Page 18 Montana asked, "What happened" and Haruka responds, "well, a little." Might flow better to have Montana ask, "did something happen?" so Haruka's response makes more sense
well that is until she figures out how to turn off her passive reinforcement magic. But I think that will be awhile. I don't think she realizes why she's using her power the way she is. She is still very much affected by her previous life. So, the building lost.
Haruka taking no actual damage from that level of backlash is its own key piece of info.
If someone actually managed to stab Haruka, would the sword just snap?
As someone with this mindset it less of "I want to be another cog in the machine" and more of "I don't want to lose what I love because I'm different from everyone else" or "Standing out is so fucking bothersome, I just put in enough effort not to be deemed as useless".![]()
