In Page 6, the reason why Kuro commented on Lulu's crying face as "Ugly" [ブサイクで草] is because in Japan, or at least Kuro's world, on internet forums and message boards, it's widely used to mean "ridiculous" or "uncool," in a humorous meaning. But of course, Lulu is not from Japan and takes his words literately...

My random guess as to what is going on with MC and this other "demon king".

1) MC was originally the Demon King (Malphas V1) in this fantasy world in his first life. Then he somehow died and got isekai'd into Earth as a Japanese boy.
2) MC lives life as a Japanese boy. While MC is living as a Japanese boy, another Demon King (Malphas V2) arises (the person we see at the end of this chapter). MC then dies to trunk-kun and gets isekai'd back into the fantasy world.
3) MC reincarnates as the Demon King (Malphas V1), but has lost his memories and powers from the first time he was the Demon King (he can't create strong enough weapons compared to Malphas V2 at the moment).

If somebody has read WN and can spoil it, please do, I would love to know what the fuck is going on.
