Some people are saying it's not netorare but instead netori, but I'd argue that it would still count as netorare.
Netori and netorare are both from the same verb ("steal someone away by sleeping with them") and whoever is doing the "sleeping" part would be the one doing the netori, and the other party would be doing the netorare (i.e. having the netori being done to them).
Next is the fact that MC stealing her away is consensual. FeMC accepted MC's confession and then entered a relationship with him. A twisted relationship, but still one that involves the both of them in a relationship that inclues love and sex. Even if the FeMC had a previous boyfriend, if that boyfriend prevents MC from having sex with her and fucks her while he suffers because of it, I think the conditions are already set to consider this a form of netorare.
That said, I'm sure this is some sort of fake out. She probably had this guy (maybe her brother or something) act out the NTR scene because she has some weird fetish or something. Not your imagination. It kinda has been here for a while now but the past ~2 years have been madness. So many NTR hentai and sex = positive series are rereleased and serialized in actual magazines/sites.
