Well, if you want Web Novel spoilers, then,

• Van doesn't get his own weapon for a long time, since the materials that can handle his high Mana consumption spells and skills, aren't easy to get. He eventually gets one made with bones and Magic stone from an Evil God, but its quite far in the future (for context, the plot of this Manga chapter is covered in Side Ch.9 & Main Ch.97 of the Web Novel, while Van gets his own Weapon in Ch.188).
• Van does eventually meets Zorcodrio, and does learn Muscle Arts after a long struggle. But it doesn't turn like how its for Zorcodio, rather its becomes something else (it happens around Ch.293-294).
