No skill involved, he just did a regular swing that was easily dodged, and only won out because his stats are so high that he got a ranged attack out of it. I think this is comparable to getting docked points for not showing your work.

I figured that, but they didn't actually say it made him strong. And people seemed surprised so it seems like a recent development.
Yeah, going back to the earlier chapters and going through all of them, it wasn't actually said he was strong because of his dungeon experience. MC did say that he felt much better after Fine's healing magic, so you're probably right in that it's a recent development that he's gotten a power spike

I have to assume the last point possible, was for those characters that swing their swords so fast people can't even tell they swung. Still stupid for that to not be perfect for some school test though.
