As someone who's like Rhito in terms of wanting to solve things by myself and took 3d modeling in college I would definitely prefer Nao as a boss in this situation. I was surrounded by people way more skilled than me and it felt hard to ask for help since my problems seemed a lot more trivial. What kizaki said is definitely one of the worst things I could have heard at that time and not even helpful. Like trying your best and being told you need to try harder just sucks man. All my teachers and classmates were nice so I was fine in the end.
