Page 6 first panel should be "I wonder if she adapted", rather than just "adapt".

Page 13 last panel, should be "you saved me".

Now as for the story... I wish we knew something, anything, about the arranged marriage partner. Obviously Tennouji likes Itsuki, but if her arranged marriage partner is a decent dude, then she can still be happy. But if he's a domineering patriarchal piece of trash, then yeah, I want her to avoid the marriage.

We don't know what the ending will look like, given this adaptation is still in V2 of the LNs and, 11 books in, there's no clear option among the four major heroines and two subheroines. His osananajimi (best girl by several miles) is low-key trying to get all the girls on the same page, even to the point of taking Hinako's love blindfold and making her an active player, oh, about six volumes after this one.

Gonna riot if Mirei doesn't end up with the guy she is clearly in love with. IMHO when a side character gets more popular than the planned female lead, the author should adjust their story to accommodate the readers. After all, you can't write a character with so much charm if you do not love that character yourself. At least, for me, as far as romcoms go. If this was a tragedy or fantasy manga, I wouldn't care that much.
