She apologized for her friend and even addressed how being assaulted is scary and he said yeah but he knows she wouldn't use her powers like that. They had a whole convo about it, I would hardly call that glossing over. Also he was so shaken up by it he sweat through all this clothes and feels gross (probably in more ways than one give what he just experienced) so she offered him a kindness in a shower to wash off the sweat and the feeling of being assaulted. She is a kid so makes sense to address, apologize validate and then be nice, re-read the last chapter they definitely didn't gloss

Rapid mood switching is pretty typical in manga. I think that part was rich in exposition on how succubi coexist, why they need to succ, what behavior is over the line, and just how different Yui is from the rest of them.
Honestly I expected the author to gloss over way more for the sake of fanservice or comedic misunderstanding so I guess it was handled about as seriously as it gets. Probably don't want to drag it out as to not disturb the romantic development for the time being.
