Regarding the deeper plot, Yuyeon's family is getting more and more ominous. What connection do they have with Sanghyun's grandmother? What do they know? What do they intend? It can't just be idol related. I know that this series hasn't focused on the reincarnation aspect of Sanghyun's transformation, but my conspiracy laden mind can't help but speculate on who Sanghyun was before reincarnating as Sanghyun. Who was this woman? At this point, I'm beginning to believe that her name really was Han Yoil, and that this wasn't some name that Yuyeon made up on the fly. Perhaps an important ancestress to the CEO and Yuyeon's family.
This part of the story will always be there, ready to show up at any moment. We think of Sanghyun as the original form because of the way the story has been presented. But technically this is a story about a girl who reincarnated as a guy. It's just that her memories haven't come back.

I don't know if this story is willing to fully bring in those past life memories. There so many other things going on in the plot that it really isn't necessary. But if it does happen, I wonder what the author will choose to do with it? Presenting a serious conflict of personalities between Sanghyun and Yoil would seem almost redundant given that we already had an arc with a similar theme. I'm more inclined to think that the past and present personalities will be presented as really similar to each other, maybe just something that helps in getting more used to being a female idol.

I feel like it would bloat the story too much and repeat upon very similar plot points if Sanghyun and Yoil's memories collided. Now I'm not saying it couldn't work, but it would most likely result in a whole other character entirely. A similar plot point was done in Heavenly Delusion, where essentially the main FL was the merged body and consciousness of a sister and bother (which in part made them combined into a different character altogether). If done correctly it could be impactful, but as for right now I think keeping Sanghyun as his own character with his own motivies might be the best move.

personally i think i prefer A? As a sentence, B does sound more natural, but having A ending on "an even better side of me" puts more emphasis on that portion, which I think is a better fit.
I prefer translation A. Thanks for All your work!
i changed it, thnx for letting me know...i appreciate it. 😄

What do you mean stalker?! She's his future wife!
what are talking about?! drink up bro! trust me, all my predictions so far is actually happening. i can see the future... (bullshits)
bae hyojeong gonna be sanghyun's wife and lee ruha ended as sanghyun's stalker, believe in hyojeong's potential!
now repeat after me "Bae.Hyo.Jeong. is. the. best!"

Wait. Who was that girl for LUV:IT talking about? A manager? Am I forgetting someone?
hmm...? what do you mean?

mostly a build-up chapter, lowkey. Sanghyun's got a "glow-up" by manager Han, so that's neat that dolling-people up is just the manager's hobby in general lol. lowkey he looks like the bully the MC beats on the first arc in a generic school manwha. I was hoping he'd get re-introduced by the staff and do a little of his fake job to keep up appearances for the drama, but alas. The first season is wrapping up on 71 anyhow, so can't expect much but wrapping up loose ends and setting the stage for the second season. Seems like we get to meet a new debuting idol group, they were affiliated with Iruha but it seems like they are going to be rivals for the upcoming season? Add-on to that Iruha's solo adventure and we got the makings of the debut arc soon™. Manager Han is being a good mentor for once and showed Sanghyun around to show him what it takes to be a debuting idol at least. He can perfectly commit to the cutesy idol vibes infront of the judges, but in front of audiences? that's a different ball game.

Yo Heena seems like a good gal though, she cares enough about Iruha to keep her up to date and think about how lonely she is despite the other team member's apathy and the whole Iruha split-off debacle. She makes for a good foil/counterpart to Iruha's cold queen character. Speaking of Iruha, she's sooooo salty about Sanghyun being stuck working beside Yoil lmao. jelly girl. Her lovestruck appearance these past few chapters has been an absolutely delight, we haven't seen this side of her. especially from her POV at all. makes for a nice contrast between the first appearance of Iruha we got.

This will be Kim Sanghyun pretending that he's a busy guy that actually does stuff when he has to enter in his male form lol:

Yoil being in possession of Sanghyun's work ID will probably cause more problems than it will ever solve. :meguusmug:

Terrible thing to lose this peak for a while, the prep work he has to do for this has got to be fuck huge though.

So, with that in mind, the final team would consist of Wojin Lee, Izumi and Han-Yoli who are all but comfirmed. The two other likely candidates for the 4/5th members are Suryeon and Soae. That narrows it down considerably.

I think there is also a chance we could have a larger team count as I know the author is a fan of TWICE which has 9 members. But based on my very limited knowledge on Kpop, I hear thats quite rare in the industry. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).
Having too many members hinders the author's health and the progress of the story. Just like the four-member rival group revealed recently, Yoil will also debut as a four or five-member group. It seems the author is thinking of Blackpink.

And unlike Soae, it is strongly speculated that Suyeon will not be able to debut with them. Suyeon has too much inferiority complex and jealousy to go along, and she would ruin the group's atmosphere. Furthermore, considering the foreshadowing from the conversation between Minji and Yoil about a 'safety net' to debut in place of a debut member if one has a problem, it seems likely that the company will debut Minji instead due to Suyeon's deteriorating health.

Sorry for the stupid question, but how do seasons work in Korean publications? I assume that there'll be a break to allow the artist some rest. If so, how long will this break last?

Seasonal breaks can be very long. I'd expect at least a minimum of a couple months, it's not just a vacation.

They are not aloud to take yoil from us I thought dude had to embrace his feminine side
I mean when he watched the Luv:it girls and heard them say about love these girls, he did say someday that would be me. If Yoil debuts he'll have to spend more time as her.

At the moment it's actions to protect Yoil's privacy.

6 months is realistically the earliest possible timeframe. a year and a half is a more pessimistic estimation.

This is a story about a guy who is able to incarnate into the form of his past life self. He's the original because he the one who was born through natural means, whereas the Yoil form can only be accessed through spiritual intervention.

The concept of reincarnation also includes the concept of preincarnate spirit forms; so, if we try and determine the original in terms of "the being that was created first" then neither of them is the original: Instead, the original is the preincarnate spirit that existed before it was ever born into a living body in the first place.

I agree. I was just taking a jab at isekais in my last comment. The trope there is usually that the past person is the "original" whose personality overrides the current one the moment their past memories appear. With stories where reincarnation is a theme, how the reader views these things depends on how the concept has been presented.

I don't think the author will ever go too in depth about it, which is perfectly fine because the story doesn't require it. It's just something that could always show up if they wanted it to.

I second this as an accurate range of possibilities. There's very little consistency with this. It's often a combination of how willing the author is to quickly get back to it and how willing the publisher is to give it a second season (thankfully this second part shouldn't be a problem since this story is very popular in Korea).

Flashbacks to Mr. Magical Girl. Over a year and still not the slightest sound out of them. God I hate Kakao.

Once again, there was a lot of additional work after the upload. I can feel the author struggling every time.

In Korea, there were many readers who were worried that Yoil's idol debut would be the end of the story, but fortunately, I am really happy that the series is proceeding in a direction where the story of the idol after the debut is also being serialized.

And looking at the four-member rival group from a competitor revealed this time, it is strongly presumed that the group Yoil belongs to is also a four or five-member group.

I will upload the appearance of the rival group before and after the modification. https://m.dcinside.com/board/hanyoil/148956?headid=&recommend=1&s_type=subject_m&serval=수정

are the raws ahead or is this an adaptation of a novel?

I was hoping for more Iruha. But still a good chapter, I'm exited for the idol arc.
