It's interesting that Sullivan didn't even try to lie about Iruma being human, only going for the fact that he is neither being kept against his will, nor being ill treated, and that he has become part of demon society, when asked by Shura.

A lot of implication on that, like such a high degree of respect to her... or maybe that if he even attempted to lie, he would have been put under a kind of scrutiny that would have resulted in... consequences for lying to deity's face.

After that stunt, i feel like it's pretty fair to assume that Iruma is not going to the human world. No way in hell Baal will let his potential dopping go away. Becoming demon king even with help is one thing, keeping the title is another. And what better way to keep it than dope yourself on the biggest steroid in the underworld. Now the table is in the air, it's gonna be chaos the next dozens of chapters.
