he has a 接骨院. which, if anything, is more of an osteopathic clinic than a chiropractic one. The term bone-setting is a bit more old-school in that sense, but means a similar thing. It just predates it from what I understood from my research about it when I decided on that term way back when. And since I go with bone-setting clinic in my Kenichi 1 translations, I chose to stick with it here as well.
