Yeah, this bothers me too. There is no reason for her to have to escape, to abandon her title, lands, and all the benefits. The only reason they could get away with it was that the original girl didn't know any better and was a small child.

That would be ideal, because her mom and brother must be absolutely going through it right now. They finally made it out of the tough times thanks to MC toiling for the family, and right when things are looking up for them, she gets hit by a truck lol...

It's a good, but also cliché, start to an "overworked and reincarnated and my new family mistreats me" isekai story. One thing I felt- after spending her childhood and adult life providing for her mother and younger sibling, they tell her, "I got a job so I can take care of the family now. Please focus on yourself." And that's very sweet, but... wouldn't working together as a family unit be even better? A moot point cause she is immediately hit by truck-kun.

There's some muddiness about when she can do unbelievable magic, and when the best she can do is steal and run away. A lot of unknowns because we haven't established what magic can do in this world. Maybe running was a terrible choice, or maybe she's an invincible God who lives in the forest like a queen. It feels like the theme is "back on my own world I suffered because I had to do everything myself, and now in the new world I will succeed by doing everything myself!" Which just reinforces her suffering in her old world.
