Is the reason why we do not have translated up to 4.2 is because the remaining raws are locked behind paywall?

3.2 is free currently, TL is probably working on it.
4.1 and 4.2 are paywalled for a limited time.

It is a rather common practice over there to release new chapters under paywall for limited time. From what I am able to tell…this one is most likely paywalled for at least a month per half chapter.

So by the time 5.1 releases, 4.1 becomes free. 2 weeks later 5.2 releases, 4.2 becomes free. Rinse and repeat.

TL release schedule is another story. So many things can factor in on that part.
