It did. Those "chapters" (they were just single pages) had also stopped right before anything happened (just some girl running on a track and then some nipples), making it seem like just an ad.

Looks like sorabluesky decided to delete all of those and reupload this all as a oneshot, and this time there is proof that the girl is a futanari instead of it just being a word in the title.

The last page does seem to imply that this was "originally" going to be paywalled and that they decided not to... But that's kind of misleading because it absolutely was paywalled considering it previously stopped after 6 chapters and said to go to fanbox to read more and had been like that for over a year.
