The MC was actually sold when he was a kid. The only ones who know about it are his elementary school friends, whom he has already forgotten. Back then, the MC was forced to use 'Limit' to save all his friends from a bus crash incident.

The MC has 3 skills related to memory manipulation:
1. Reset
2. Limit
3. ... (I forgot the name lmao, but basically it restores memories + emotions that were reset)
How strong is the MC?

• If I remember correctly, later on the MC fights solo against 2 platoons of elite bodyguards (probably around 20-ish guys) while protecting a girl.
• In the next chapter, he has a footrace against Shimizu (that annoying guy in ch 3) and absolutely destroys him while just wearing beat-up leather shoes, even though Shimizu is the ace of the track club at the prefectural/national level (forgot which one).
• He spars with an adult who's a rising pro boxer, gets an ez win, and even thinks the pro boxer is too slow and his punches are weak.

If you want to know what happens to Rokka later...
She is actually nothing without MC, can't do anything at all in school. He starts ignoring her after this scene, even makes a friend with a girl sitting next to him and her love interest CF. Then at one point they have to form groups for a field trip, no one picks MC (i think his new friend tried, but he didn't let her), so she tries to play the good girl again but get humiliated in front of the whole class by him. He was actually switching classes to the Advanced one where the Gyaru is, so he didn't need a group from this class.

After that she became isolated in class, no one wanted to be associated with her. They even started to bully her... Here is the catch, she was actually bullied in middle school, so everything she did was just to have a place. But as you saw, she got full of her self and forgot what it was like to be on the receiving end.

MC, CF and Gyaru do lend her a hand at one point, and she does apologize to MC. He does not see her as a love interest, never actually did, so she finds comfort becoming friends with the other idiot girl that will wrong him, his Junior.
