Kobujutsu is Kobudo, an ancient martial art. Historically, Okinawa (the Ryukyu Kingdom) developed Kobudo after bans on conventional weapons (1477 - 1609). These techniques were designed to help villagers and farmers survive against samurai or bandits, so it was a fighting system born of necessity, unlike modern martial arts. To be honest, due to Koroshi to Uso no Marriage being the origin of Bouryoku Branzai!, the female MC of Koroshi was very lethal at using any weapons, which fit more with the Kobudo style than Setsuna (I'm still disappointed that we don't get Koroshi serialised )

Kido-style, I can't find the info, but likely a unique style designed by the master.

That's specifically Okinawan Kobudo. Which does fall under the kobujutsu umbrella but Kobujutsu in general means "ancient/classical/historical martial arts", and refers to any pre-Meiji Restoration martial arts. Since Kido-style (which is probably a jujutsu style) is from the Edo period, it's Kobujutsu, and very unlikely to be Okinawan.

OC Donut Styles tend to either be classical jujutsu-based (like the Niko style) or vaguely kung fu inspired (like the Nadashinkage-ryu). Both Jujutsu and Kung fu have loads and loads of tiny branches and family styles so there's room to squeeze in your own one there.

Funnily enough, I don't know Japanese (I'm not the translator - and a big thank you to our translator Andy who had to compose the script while battling a cold!) but when I first saw the final page raw with the "12" in it I knew before it had been translated that it was going to say something like "12th successor to the style" or something of the sort.

Same here, I'm not Japanese enough, but I pick Okinawan Kobudo because in oneshot, it's the martial art female MC use (which is so cool), and because Setsuna is her alternative version and we have seen many original idea from oneshot get translate to this manga, I think highly Okinawan Kobudo is Setsuna's fighting style, which have show she know how to handle weapon, and I bet my two cents that her master say something cringy that "Your fist is the strongest weapon, your body is a weapon, bla bla"
That could explain why Setsuna uses fists and body parts but not weapons.

I have no idea why that would ruin immersion since it's in keeping with Akita's established register, but it just means "made a mess of it" (especially with connotations of screwing up something that should have been easy). I think it's actually fairly easy to understand what that means via context.
