Fight Class 3 has its own massive slate of issues even before it ran into the hiatus
Compared to this? i disagree. On it's own? Sure maybe, obviously I'm not calling it realistic or anything but. It just does what this manga is attempting to do but better, viral hit/how to fight does it even better than that. Loser life was another good one too

the saddest thing about all the promise we're seeing of what might end up in the tankobons is that, while vol 7 is probably coming out soon, these most recent chapters are definitely going to be in vol 8.

Realism isn't what I'm talking about.

FC3 definitely nailed the protagonist goes nuts thing better, but the arc of the manwha was completely bonkers which is why you'd get 2 chapters of boring exposition just before one of the best one-chapter fights I've ever seen (karate girl vs boxer girl). It had a tournament arc where one of the most anticipated fights just didn't happen (because the wrestler girl pulled out) and every Maria fight is a steamroll.
Like, Bouryoku Banzai has had barely any good fights and I'm not even sure if I'd say "FC3 has better fights than BB". Almost every FC3 fight is a steamroll or just an orgy of violence.

How to Fight on the other hand I agree is much, much better, unneccessary season 2 aside. One of the best ever stories about a complete novice starting out, almost Kenichi-esque growth.
