Anyone know any manga that have sudden surprise NTR?

As the title says, I am interested in finding manga that have sudden, unexpected NTR. Doesn't even have to go all the way or be hentai, though I am ok with that too. Can even be yaoi or yuri NTR too.
Looking for stuff like:

• The story toyed with it happening, but always avoided it at the last second. But then suddenly it happens for real.
• Main couple of a normal romance story have a break up, and they end up going to other people for a while. (Like how Bar Flowers did it sort of)
• Blackmail or SA stuff. ( like in Zingnize or Wolf Guy.)
• BSS stuff with them not actually being a couple, but still having feelings for the other, being forced to watch as their person of interest is with another person.

Has to be a surprise, so stuff like Grapara, Ingoshima or Isekai NTR does not count. It's already ingrained into the story from the start in those.

Hey, I'm not interested in NTR. I'm interested in NTR that doesn't stop at that. Stuff where the guy gets the girl back. Stuff where the guy moves on in a satisfying way (preferably in this case with the girl regretting her actions). Stuff where this becomes the backstory of a villain (even if he's a "villain protagonist" that we root for while he gets vengeance on the woman who broke his heart). There is nothing more disgusting to me than NTR that just ends with the guy heartbroken and hopeless, which is sadly the majority (particularly in the hentai section).

I did as well, but when it became a fire skip and the comment section got interesting I checked to see what it was about. Even @Litreara was pissed off.

That story jumped the shark so hard... I still don't get how the author thought it was a good idea, or how an editor gave it the go-ahead. On a side note, the author has been missing from X for a while now. I wonder if writing so much rape in her other story finally affected her mental health.
