CCP censorship being what it is, I'm pretty sure that's one of the few parts of anatomy that Chinese authors can actually talk about.

The ones I've seen were fine talking about ass and titties to an extent and even had scenes were the girls used tail plugs. So I think it's the author's willful choice and not a compromise with censorship.

I mean, it certainly happens as well, I'm just saying that I see it quite often that the character gets accused of the fetish, and then, at most, only fixates after the fact because of the pink elephant paradox (where trying not to think about it makes you think about it more.)
