In any case, the explosion didn't blow up the whole base, so I suppose Marill was forced to weaken it and in turn, probably survived? Although her aim was to blow up all of them just moments earlier, so maybe the spell just ended up weaker than expected/fake Amon drained more power

By split into two I assume you mean the part where "Amon" absorbed part of it?
Nonetheless, they acted like the attack's remaining core exploding in some distance would be a serious issue, which wasn't really the case.
But the longer I think about it, the more likely it seems to me that the attack just never was as powerful as expected to begin with, seeing how Marill was clearly at her limits as well...
