forgive me for saying it, but that panel is not meant to be taken literally. It is instead meant to show what kind of person she would be if transported to modern sensibilities. As someone who would rather live inside the dragons stomach having zero contact with other people for centuries, she is a neet. One who is perfectly happy living on nothing but her computer (magic) and her games (research)

The manga's beeing doing this for a while, and that's the charm. In the first place, the stomach itself is full of artifacts that look like they came from our contemporary world. Feels like it kinda makes the point that the story is above the cultural and techological minutiae

I kind of think Fairy Girl is just one of those types of people that's just only interesting in things she's passionate about and completely disregard everything else because "not X, no care".

There's nothing inherently malicious about her. She just find normies boring to deal with. Even Lienna's solution involving "punching things really really hard" would bore her as her theoretical response would be "conjure a rock and do the same thing."

Ok I've said before that my theory is that the dragon is traveling across time and multiple dimesions picking up/eating people who long to escape from their lives, but seeing the vtuber setup................................

Yeah, I like her. The new character seems like a filthy redditor at worst. Except she definitely has more social skills. She's got a one track mind for magic, but she also still has basic hospitality and isn't abandoning or completely ignoring the ones without magic. She's probably learn something about life not being ALL about research and how she needs to get out and talk to people with different views to expand her horizons and learn more. Definitely something about taking breaks gonna be in there. Man, they're assembling a little army. Can't wait for the "On your left" moment when they pop out of a dragon and save the day from the evil empire... And then go back to the dragon to continue their vacay.
