So far I wouldn't call her anything more than a magic snob, she didn't really care to let any non-magic people into her demesne, but she did humour Leanne and Lilly with responses to their inquiries, and she did accommodate their means of transportation instead of evicting them or otherwise expressing any hostility towards them besides her initial disdain for them not being magic users.

I don't think so. While she isn't interested in talking to people without magic, but she doesn't show disdain or hatred. If anything, by the way she carries the two girls, she seems to want to show off and brag about her magic more than anything.
