It was mentioned that she was sealed for giving people blessings and her father also has the same ability to, perhaps the church doesnt want any rivals religion being born around her so they declared her a witch and the creator god to be “evil” , you know typical fantasy church stuff.

Well…that was easy. They took out the world killing witch (who was actually super chill) and convinced the church that she was killed, meaning they can actually use her as a weapon against them in the future. Plus his sister is still alive

now as for the world ending, that seems pretty obvious. The dude who literally created the gods they all worship is awake for the first time in millennia. Once he eventually dies of old age, things are gonna get pretty freaking chaotic. Plus I’m sure the old gods aren’t super thrilled about how those they bless have been treated and that they’ve basically been ignored.

I don't think the impending apocalypse will be from his death. If it was, it'd probably show the world just ceasing existence, but the future vision shown was pure destruction. I think it'll be when he realizes the truth, he thinks he's only been gone a decade, and with how badly he's been wanting to see his family it's only a matter of time before he discovers that it's been much MUCH longer than 10 years and when he does his power will guarantee go berserk because it's confirmed extreme negative emotion causes it to do so. The moment he learns he's been trapped for a whole millenia and the family he's been wanting to see this whole time should have died centuries ago without ever seeing him again is the moment that his power literally causes Hell itself to rain on earth.
