Turns out the therapist was a ghost.

The therapist ghost should totally look like the ghost of Haley Joel Osment.

I think tentacles girl will come in to help. Eldritch Lovecraftian horror will beat any yokai.

And that would be a different kind of tragedy. Since I believe her personal health is directly tied to the tentacle health. Chapter 64 Page 32, has her Tentacles get ambushed by Middle Aged Monster.

I know these attenmpts might be futile but can't they try to throw the super ghost chasing Miko against that "jason" type ghost in the train or even inside that Coffee shop that has a wall that eats ghosts? Probably won't work but the fight might weaken the old man ghost chasing Miko.

I definitely expect the train ghost to make some sort of appearance in the finale here, it's one of the first ghosts in the series, one of the most memorable, and has shown up multiple times.
