They meant for each other
Yeah youre right this sucks its been in my hand for 2 months and I might be getting it removed today that or it'll be surgeryLiar
Yeah I need more tights fetish mangaYeah, no. Just end this Maruto. Release Yom into the wild and put an end to our misery...
Everyone sucks here. All three are selfish, entitled prats. What concerns me is your failure to acknowledge that what happened prior to Hikari developing her crush is none of her damn business. She was frustrated with it sure. But she could have gotten over it, Yuu on the other hand pretended to not have a thing for Yami then pretended to be over her and pretty much broke Hikari's heart even more than simply rejecting her. Yami put Hikari in a situation where she could've been sexually abused. Then after knowing Hikari liked Yuu but never came clean about being with him and then go behind her back and getting intimate with him again after pushing him away.
If being a little upset that her best friend got together with her crush is crazy then what the fuck are the other two!?
Dude, you legit wouldn't feel any type of away about finding out your crush who was also your oldest friend had all their firsts with your best friend? And that they kept it from you for months?that what happened prior to Hikari developing her crush is none of her damn business.
It was Yami who took the trains, Hikari only followed. I think it was written in that chapter, but Maruto also confirmed in his tweet about it.It's not clear that Hikari didn't knowingly take the train out that far:
Sure, it's not random, but the point is that they share tens or hundreds of such places since their families have been close for pretty much their entire life. Also to Hikari this inn isn't a random place where they had memories but an encapsulation of the very (domestic/warm/familial/ interlaced) nature of their relationship.
I think Maruto is being intentional here w/ them being at a place of Hikari/Yuu memories & Yuu a few chapters back not even considering the possibility.
I couldn't believe it and had to check it for myself, but you're right, what the actual fuck?? The penultimate chapter has even close to 6k comments. I've never before seen so many comments on a chapter here on this website.Last chapter has 5000+ commentsgenuinely don't think I've seen that many comments on any manga chapter I've read combined
Bro she didn’t care enough to notice he had or girl or asked when he did. You forgot she mad her own friends and at a point didn’t go to his house for awhile. She was blinded until she liked him and started hanging with him moreDude, you legit wouldn't feel any type of away about finding out your crush who was also your oldest friend had all their firsts with your best friend? So that's a deflection b/c Hikari's issue isn't Yuu/any girl ever, it's Yuu/Hikari's best friend.Bro she didn’t care enough to notice he had or girl or asked when he did.
This stands out as pretty important to Hikari, but my point is more that Yuu outright dismissed that she'd choose a place important to the both of them b/c Yuu thinks she doesn't have them. Maruto could have written Yuu as listing off places like the inn to show how well Yuu knows Hikari, had Yuu guessing the inn b/c why not; instead Maruto plays this as hitting home how wrong Yuu is about how much he matters to Hikari. Hikari, Haru, Yuki, and even Aya have noted how little consideration he's actually given to Hikari's feelings for him (romantically and as a person) and I think this is in that vein and also I think the thread to pull on for either Hikari/Yuu endgame or closure.but the point is that they share tens or hundreds of such places since their families have been close for pretty much their entire life.
I get your point more clearly now. I don't think the inn would ever cross his mind, even if he genuinely started considering places like that, but I do agree with your point about him underestimating how much he matters to Hikari. And I think the same came up in chapter 40, but in relation to Yami instead, so it's probably not Hikari-specific issue, though definitely more pronounced with her, given how he keeps going on about how strong she is and how she'll be fine. This stands out as pretty important to Hikari, but my point is more that Yuu outright dismissed that she'd choose a place important to the both of them b/c Yuu thinks she doesn't have them. I don't think he was "actively" hiding her existence, though. He never announced it, true, but that's nothing out of the ordinary. She asks if Saeki is Yuu's ex in 18 and Yuu deflects rather than clear the air. Yuu's also been actively hiding Aya's existence the entire time he was dating her- for example in 26.6 when Hikari is over at his house for dinner and he says he's w/ a "friend".
Eh, it's a bit out of the ordinary that nobody knows about his girlfriend of six months. Never invited her over, never told his family about her despite not being able to shut up about Hikari to Aya (so like the boy talks about people he cares about), and I'm flagging 26.6 cause he didn't tell his parents he was going out on a date even though he'd planned to get home in time. Which would be normal for a new relationship sure, but it's been a few months at that point and Yuu claims he's serious about her but has absolutely no plan for the very necessary in a long term relationship step of introducing her to his family. He never announced it, true, but that's nothing out of the ordinary.
Oh definitely, though I'd frame it more in terms of him generally lacking consideration for their feelings. Like I think a part of why Aya had such a strong negative reaction to his offer to run away together is also b/c if he'd thought for two minutes about Hikari and Aya's feelings then he'd have realized how hurtful his offer was.And I think the same came up in chapter 40, but in relation to Yami instead, so it's probably not Hikari-specific issue,
Huh, i must have missed that bit about six months, thought they were together for a summer break or something like that. As for him not introducing her to anyone, it could also be that this is what Yami wanted, perhaps? He's a total pushover when it comes to her, after all (no surprise he decided to stay with her instead of a planned family dinner).Eh, it's a bit out of the ordinary that nobody knows about his girlfriend of six months. No, if anything, these girls are getting increasingly fed up with the third party of this prospective poly-ship.So is this turning into a harem or something?
Hikari is not his girlfriend or his wife. It's bizarre how you think being someone's friend means you're entitled to the most intimate details about your friend's life. 🤦♂️Dude, you legit wouldn't feel any type of away about finding out your crush who was also your oldest friend had all their firsts with your best friend?
