I actually had a dream (part of it), they updated the comments so you could make all of it collapsible, and it only showed the first sentence, with a gradient background
Rest of dream was about piloting and using air pressure to gain enough height, but then crashing in a field, with snowy mountains in the background, very picturesque

Best advice I heard for self-control was "the moment it's hardest to control yourself, is the best moment to", if you can control yourself at your worst, you can control yourself at every point below it, that may come in future

To me, invaluable advice, boredom or hunger are easy practice, motivation I think overlaps in a opposite way, least "want to do moment", is "best moment to do"
Edit: Just realised, this is likely the big "underlayer" with "Patience is a virtue", those usually of "utmost self-control" are most sought (Interesting like, lust, glut, wrath, all related by this underlayer)
