It's a strange pattern, big boots on characters seem to mean the story is shit
(I've seen this, many times)
A reason why, though I'll sound insane, is because the artist/author depicts the character as childish, and treats them as such, with soft gloves, no liability, no growth, they're sort of, petrified as such, until depicted by someone else, it could arguably be a projection of the artist/author, or an idealisation, maybe both
(Both of these to children is nothing new, the whole "I'm older but I don't feel like an adult", or "I loved my childhood, I miss it")

I haven't read read "Girls' last tour" yet. Would you recommend it?
Yes, I really like Kimi ni Todoke! I've reread it so many times that I'm not as excited as I was the first time I read it, but it's still one of my favorites. I especially like the character in my pfp!
Here is some recommendations!
